Relief valves dripping

Hello 3rd time posting with no replies, got a excavator that drips hydraulic oil from all relief valves and seeping from a few oring locations on control valve, rear pump and swing motor, orings replaced still leaking 1gal/hr. Machine runs great just leaks bad.
What would cause the relief valves to drip oil from the adjuster screw/nut on the end?
Have been notified someone has messed with settings on pump/regular/proportional solenoid. Could this be overpressure issue?
Included pics of reliefs, leaking swing motor, pump regulator and solenoid that were changed and put back to original position

Good day
That side of the relief valve is hooked to return to tank, if the leak is only one valve I would suspect some disturbance, if a number of the valves leak check the tank line pressure.
Kind regards
