2012 Hamm roller / compactor 3412 HT

Roller drum will not turn, wheels will turn acts like the drum is locked down.
If anyone has any information, it would be helpful.
All the fluid are at the correct level as far as hydraulic fluid goes.
There is an error 180. that shows up on the screen not sure what it is for could not find any information on it or if it would be the issue with the drum not turning.
