A LOT of extra machinery to eliminate sets of hands on hand lines. Can usually find help on a site to stabilize lifted materials, one man shows tools just do not sound good.

I salute the makers. They are trying to create a solution for the market. Seems the main function is load rotation. Wind & swing deflection may be countered. But, a tag line has the advantage of cost, simplicity, power supply and physics of leverage. What situation would this work that a tag line would not?

I find it interesting that they have 10 some people listed on their website as various "sales/ marketing". The only way that works is a big fat gov't contract like they state they have for the national guard. And maybe a hope or two for a lawsuit similar to the saw stop table saws, where "tag lines are too dangerous- everyone now needs our patented, only made by us, load rotater". Because its about safety- not us making a killing.

As far as the video. There isn't much that's easier to rotate than a lattice section like that. Lets see what they can do with a 8'x30' gang form or wall panel with the wind blowing 15mph.

Looks like it takes one man on the controller for it and one man to run the crane. If he's running the controller surely he could hold a tag rope.

There's no way its fast enough changing directions, or has enough push to handle a gang form dancing in the wind, or even a big LP storage tank. It can't have enough push.
