Hi everyone, need a bit of education on seat adjustment. My mechanical Grammar seat, has the lever to adjust your weight etc. my question(s) are these, I am about 195 pounds, do I set this 200lbs?, (couldn't see increments, 170,180,190,etc), what would happen if I set to 170lbs? would it absorb bumps better I will I be going up and down like a bobble head or so?! Thanks

Good chance that if you set the weight light, it will bottom out and give you a jolt at the bottom of its travel when you hit a bump. If the springs are tired, then you may just bottom out as soon as you sit on the seat.
