Hi again. I'm still looking for a used man-lift and now have my eyes on a older Skyjack (SJKB-40)
As this is only for private use, and the lift is older (1998) I want to make sure I can service most parts.
Mechanically and hydraulic components is okay, but I understand the drive train and hydraulic pump are controlled via a Sevcon motor controller. I have no experience with these controllers, other than I can understand it's quite expensive component to replace.
Are these Sevcon known to have issues getting older, or are they reliable and not a likely component to fail on older lifts?

Appreciate a lot your experience.
