Slow lift arms bobcat 763 high flow

Start the bobcat and for the first few how hours the lift arms are slow but working as the day goes on they slower to go up and the tilt cylinder is slow too. Can the hydraulic pump be the problem. If not then what could be causing this. Oil is full. Also can someone tell me the size and bore for the lift cylinders. I am sure the lift cylinders are not bobcat nor the right size. Thanks in advance
