slyjack iii 3226 slow forward unless in high torque mode

have an odd situation my skyjack sjiii 3226 will go fast in reverse, and goes forward ok but slow. if i flip the grade torque switch it goes forward quickly same speed forward or reverse. raises/lowers without issue. any ideas? pretry sure something electeical i am missing.
