I like the Gearwrench rails. The Mechanics Time Saver lock a socket tray is also good but bulky

I have a mix and match between metal rails, Gearwrench sets on rails and Craftsman plastic rails, but I swapped all my 3/8" impacts over to Ernst and couldn't be happier. The "Socket Boss" tray was great when I was in the shop, and the rails have held up great in the box in the service truck. Can find pretty good deals on them on eBay.
