Battery voltage good (27.8 while on jumpers, 23.7 when i first showed up)

At key on, bottom needles on instrument panel just jiggle from rest. The full IP then comes to life with needle sweep. Gear selector changes in display. Backup alarm works. All fuses check good. No codes in computer. History on machine is unknown.
Starter appears hard to access trigger wire. Haven't found starter relay on frame yet.
There is no click or any other response when depressing the start/ stop button.
HVAC, radio, lamps, etc, all work.

Going back tomorrow to dig deeper. Back of start/ stop isn't available under dash, so, ill have to pull instrument panel surround to test.

Any insight as to where to head next?

You definitely need a N signal from gear selector to allow cranking of engine

Tested start/ stop button, park brake button, all fuses....
No fault codes showing, on screen or in TEXA, transmission controller working by showing selected gear and backup alarm while in "R".

TEXA showed these as inactive

No idea where to go beside calling a dealer.

As an aside, I cannot locate the "frame" mounted starter solenoid as shown in the manual.
