Takeuchi tl12v2 auxiliary hydraulic issues

I have a takeuchi tl12v2 with hydraulic issues. Whenever I am using my power rake or any other auxiliary attachment like a trencher or an auger, the attachment will lose hydraulic pressure and stop spinning as soon as I raise or lower the boom or tilt up/down.
Any ideas on what the issue could be?
