Takeuchi tl130

i have a Takeuchi tl130 2006 I lost my float and horn I have power going to relay but nothing works I replace relay still nothing anyone have any ideas what could be the problem.

I lost my horn also, found burnt wiring behind the fuse block , down under the right hand control, fuse panel. Had to pull out the fuse panel and repair it.

Thanks for reply I had complete fuse box out I also had broken wire in fuse box for horn fuse repaired it I still have no float or horn .
