Takeuchi TL140 Wiring Connectors

We want to change the male and female connectors on Controller but Takeuchi states that you can not buy justs the connectors as you have to buy the complete 1730140730 controller with the wires and connectors complete. Apparently you have to buy the complete wire harness on the other side as well. I called the factory in Georgia and they said that they dont have that information either.
This really sours me on Takeuchi products. Would any one know the brand name or style of connectors used. They look like Deutsch from the outside but one disconnected they are not Deutsch round pins but have flat pins.
The connectors we are dealing with is an 8 pin and 6 pin with pig tails coming off the 1730140730 controller. We want to change both sides.

Pictures would help. I know a thing or two about Takeuchis.

My TL150 pilot handles have bullet connectors.

Getting told to buy the whole harness is kina typical. Lots of manufacturers don't bother selling connectors and pins separately. Not really worth their time, in their opinion.

With that being said, you can often find them yourself with a little research.
Post some pictures of your connectors if you still can't find them.

Hi jimgen,

what were the symptoms of your proportion valve controller issue? did you replace the plugs and did that resolve your issue? I'm getting no response from the auxiliary switch on my machine and the controller has that part number, wondering if i could have the same problem you had?
