Takeuchi TL8 keeps turning after letting go of joystick

Hi, I'm looking at buying a 2016 tak tl8. Only problem was driving in a straight line was difficult as the machine kept wandering to the right, and after letting go of the joystick, the right track stopped and the left track kept moving. This happened in reverse as well, same side. Not sure if this is a simple fix, or something I should hold off on. Thanks
