Has anyone encountered a torque hub with no timing marks, only part numbers on the gears? How would these gearsets be timed?

Not all torque hub planetaries are timed. Go to the Genie website and download the service manual and it should indicate whether or not it is timed

You are right it is not timed. I did not want to break anything on a customer machine. I have been out of this for almost 1.5 decades.
