Tracking Maintenance Intervals CAT 306CR

Recently purchased a used CAT 306CR Excavator. It almost look like the “Maintenance” option has been removed from the menu on the machine’s display. See the attached photo that shows the operators manual (where it is suppose to be) and our actual display where it is missing. I am trying to access the maintenance tracking to reset or check the maintenance service intervals (oil and fuel filter change).

When I connected to the machine with ET 2024 and look at the values or pull a PSR it just says all of the Recommended Maintenance Intervals are "unavailable" and doesn't let me change them or re-enable them, see below PSR screenshot.

It almost appears that it was purposefully disabled through ET or some other software, has anyone seen this before or know how to re-enable the "Recommended Maintenance Intervals" tracking?

Wondering if I might need to reflash something on the machine or if it might be related to the Configuration on the Product Link Elite (CAT00000) for Maintenance Mode being set to "Off" but I thought that was just for Telematics purposes and so CAT dealer could track hours via product link.

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
Based on the supplied PSR the machine requires a software upgrade to both the Machine ECM and the Display.

The current 597-1456 software in the Monitor Display has been subsequently updated 5 times. Latest is 633-2765. Anything newer than 615-3597 will activate the "Service Maintenance Interval Feature".

The current 603-0953 software in the Machine ECM has been updated 3 times. Latest is 650-4995. In order to be able to install the updated Display software mentioned above the Machine ECM software must first be updated to 650-4995.

I use an excel spreadsheet to track maintenance. All in one place so easy to keep track.

A tab (aka new sheet) for each equipment/truck.
Just has column for date, hours/miles and work done.

Put a label maker label in an easy to see spot with hours when next service is due. On the dash, ROPS, next to hr meter, windshield, etc. Somewhere that it's not falling off but easy to see.

A star next to the hours if it's a "major" service (fuel filters, air, hydraulics, finals, etc). 250hr for oil/filter and 500 for major.

There's a ton off "aps" that do the same, I used to have one called CarCare, but it costs and computer updates made it no longer work. Ir now most are in the clouds and you have to pay monthly. Yeah, no thanks.
