Hi, stumbled over this photo of an old strange looking crawler in logging service. Does anyone know anything about it?

Looks pretty small until you compare the size to the guy beside it .... Very interesting to see if anyone recognizes it and what era its from

not very big look at the guy setting on it....:)

there is a small bocat looking thing on ebay... called a mead speedcat.... but it doesn't look nothing like this
