Very nice looking motor grader. I expected some music though such as Ride Of the Valkyries or something similarly 'monumental'

Those joysticks look cool. Any idea how the 'easy moldboard and circle/drawbar adjustment' works?

In regards to the circle, there are access plates located on the top of the drawbar. A technician can remove the plates and add shims for wear strip adjustment. The wear strips can also be easily replaced if worn out.
Slide rail wear inserts will not require shims, as the slide rail shoes are bidirectional. The rail shoes can be adjusted up and down as well as fore and aft. These adjustments eliminate moldboard chatter.

Also, the link above is for the 140M, not the 14M. The 140M is an all wheel drive option machine with a C7. The 14M will not have the option for AWD and will have a C11 powerplant. Cab, controls, and general layout will be the same.
