Hello everyone! have a nice Day!

I am facing a problem on a Volvo wheeled excavator ew140B. It is a 2005 model.

It is not starting at all.

I have a doubt on its actuator.

Can you please help me on This problem.

What is the mechanism of it's actuator and how it works any voltage checks etc please!
