In the first picture you can see where I did some peening. I think the steel is so thick in that area the peening with my 3lb hammer doesn't do much, I'm thinking if I should remove the cylinder and hit it with a sledge. Oh also in the first picture there is that notch on the cylinder could that... -

Kumatsu d41-a, blade lift and swing cylinders. Only thing I can think of that I have is a pipe wrench. 4' pipe wrench with a 9' cheater pipe and It won't move. -
