    ... my theory : that pump already ran with loose bolts, making metal fatigue and failure, a guy just re-tight the bolts and the crack finaly expand with time/case pressure/rapid heat stress, go figure!

    if you spent an hour bleed the fuel, you might first look at the fuel feed system first, should takes 5 minutes max to bleed the fuel lines... probably the priming pump, and first try to fix your leaking issue!

    ... If I remember right, on those earlier cat, you have to put the idler to the yoke with the right side. I mean the yoke is offset, if you screw it the wrong way (180 degree) it will jammed in the frame when trying to grease.

    if you can run the loader idle all the day without issue, and the machine throw the code after a hard work, you have either a bad fuel pump or fuel feed issue. Did somebody check the fuel feed pressure ? whats the stall speed ? check the fuel feed pump for loose pulley, the shaft seal can suck...
