    Cat 259b3 no power to shut off solenoid

    So looking at the schematics for this machine it seems that the shut off solenoid and the primer pump are on the same circuit, seeing that I am getting voltage to the primer pump when i turn the key on it runs for a few seconds then shuts off which I think is the normal operation of it. So...
