I cleaned up everything polished everything everything was put back together and still the same problem

I think you need to flow test the transmission pump. It will be a verification that the pump is capable of producing 180 psi.
New pump spec at 1500 rpm is 11.5 GPM (minimum) at 180 psi.
Used pump spec at 1500 rpm is 10.5 GPM (minimum) at 180 psi.
Deere uses a fancy tool to put in place of the transmission filter element, see below.
