Rob N. BCFP Caycuse Div. This was the last setting for #716 ViewSpar back end of Cotton wood Valley , Fall 1985 . This was and still was a good machine . This and the other ViewSpar's from Caycuse were sold to a firm in Washington or Oregon State .scan860.jpgscan861.jpgscan862.jpgscan863.jpgscan864.jpg

Good picture of 6-240 She would end up being sold to Hayes Forest at the big T/W garage sale. Her new HFS number was 723 She was cut up in their yard a couple years ago. I bought her shutters along with a 3408(parts) engine after she was cut up. There was only a chunk of the frame with the rad on it left of her when I found her. Sad end for another one. there is the odd picture of her on here . I drove her for a while as HFS was having their way with 17. The doors were so bad you could not really fix them without a total rebuild. One of our clown lowbed drivers near the end of Weco hauled two HDX preloads to Camp B (Cameron Division's H90 and H91) to be parked and he actually rolled them off the side of the lowbed with a 988 Smashed them fairly good . When HFS inherited the remains of these two they just cut them up I managed to save two doors that were fixable and worked on them at home then took them out with Vic Rowlinson and installed them on a weekend. She did look kind of funny with the yellow paint job and two red and white doors BUT they sure did work good. Don't know what happened to that cab but would be easy to identify with those doors.

DBDL if it has two guylines it is an 144 not a 044

075 , Caycuse had a Madill Grapple Yarder on tracks that appeared to be conciderably larger than the 044's at Renfrew Div. , is there a Madill 046 ? I think it was shipped up to Sandspit not long after the merger of Caycuse and Renfrew Div . in 1992 .
