So, this is pretty straight forward.
There was a big fuel leak in the fuel pump to fuel common rail line. So the fuel pump head was removed and repaired as the thread of the line thst connects the pump to the common rail was stripped.
After the repair today the head was installed again and well, crank but no start. No fuel is coming out from the fuel pump to the common rail. Maybe during the repairing the head was damaged???? At the begining i thought the fuel line paths was clogged during the repair as no air was able to go through that line but, a technician inspected the piece and was able to make air flow through that fuel line after removing the lower valves of the head of the fuel pump.
Im suspicious that the solenoid is not working thus leading to no fuel to the common rail.
Im attaching the pictures of the part that was repaired and how it was repaired. Also s proof of how theres no flow through that line, liquid was pured into the hole and it just stayed there.
