Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some help on me Cat E70B excavator. I tried to move it yesterday and I believe the swing brake is stuck. I can here the motor grunt when I try to swing the house side to side and it wont move at all or it moves and stops quickly as if the brake is on. This is a grey market machine so I know finding info on it is harder. I was wondering if I can jump the wires right at the solenoid to verify if its the wiring before the solenoid or the solenoid it self or something else. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you
