The Hopto H1900 excavators and Raygo Giant grader could certainly join in the symphony with twin 8V-71's! All time greatest screamer is the huge Letourneau LT360 scraper with multiple 12V-71's. Not as common but I think the 53 series make the most noise of individual engines.

Does the midget use two track brakes to steer, or only the front wheel?
When I see one of those leaf spring seat mounts I cringe. A New Jersey State Trooper bought vacation land in a remote town in VT. The farmer sold the land loaned him an antique Deere dozer to prep the land for his house site. While backing up, the seat broke loose, dozer killed him with his wife watching.

Don't know on steer brakes, and yes those Linderman Deere crawlers were killers, originally designed
and built in Yakima area. After riding around on those seats, butt looked like a waffle.

I mentioned it a few years ago but one of (former) store managers of the industrial supplier I worked for owned the most complete original Rumely Oil Pull in N. America. It was in pieces when they first got it but found I think 90%+ of all the bits and pieces to restore it to fully operational. Some were being used for the oddest things but the tractor never strayed too far from where it was originally used. You stood on the rear wheel and pushed a flywheel with your foot to start it. The place with all the vintage equipment I visited a couple years ago also had a Rumely but a smaller model. They would run a variety of different fuels which was a good selling point.

Had to drop back to 50mph for a good part of it to keep the fairing on top of cab
from going air bourn. But traffic was light both direction because I-84 was closed
both directions from MP216 Pendleton to the 276 Baker City from all the snow &
crashes the day before. 204 over Tollgate was closed from all the tall firs blown
over crossing both lanes. So traffic was slightly sparce for a Friday. Brought the
knocker back and dropped it in Pasco. Done with that escaped.
