When the transmission pan is full, i can start the loader, and the loader does not want to move. It starts cavitation, i shut it off, get off the machine and check the fluids, and the pan is completely empty. 10 minutes later, the pan fills back up with fluids that is white and foamy. I changed the tranny filter, and the filter was completely dry and empty. Can someone answer this as to why it is happening?

Welcome to HEF Bryan;)!

First check your transmission's breather.

If it is clear then it still sounds like you need to add oil. The oil level is supposed to be checked with the engine running and the transmission at operating temperature.
