hi, new to the site. I am working on a kobelco sk200lc. The engine cranks fine at first, pump pressure build's up and deadhead's slows engine cranking before it can start acts like dead batteries let it sit for a few hrs and will crank till pressure builds again. I removed both hoses to spool valve and made extensions, drain fluid back to tank from pump engine started and ran is there a system relief or a bypass if so where? or is it something else? any help would be appreciated.

Serial number?
Full model (- 6or-6e)?
Year?
Any faults on monitor. If not you need to fit pressure gauges on pumps to see which pump or are both pumps building to much pressure
