New Holland L160 - Won't get out of park

My New Holland L160 has been running fine, but the other day I started it up, and it wouldn't get out of park. I'm thinking it's the seat switch or the seatbelt switch? I opened up the seatbelt and pulled the switch out, which I can manually depress (there is an audible click in the cab when I press it). I did get the machine out of park one time by manually pressing the seatbelt switch, but no longer. When I sit on the seat, the machine lights up, so the switch is working, but I'm wondering for both seatbelt and seat switch, if there's some short maybe in the wires that are preventing the switches from sending signal to the machine? Any ideas?

Pictures show the fuse panel inside the cab, and then the electronics display in the cab. IMG_1898.JPGIMG_1902.JPG

I realized that my hydraulic filter is leaking, so I need to replace that. I'm not sure if that would be related to the skidsteer not getting out of park?
