Hey, that's being pretty harsh on us older drivers! I'll have you know I can still back a semi-trailer fast and dead straight, after 60 years behind the wheel! - just as long as those young fools keep outta the way!!
That is probably the best idea for use of a RSH, haul the equipment and join the wrinkle ranchersHey, that's being pretty harsh on us older drivers! And cold beer in the fridge 24/7.What's wrong with that, it's breaking all the rules at once, a contractors dream. Never needs a CDL,
way less paper work and taxes, a construction site job shack with diner, 48 state legal, hire 100 year
old grandpa for driver, look at the savings.
Yes-I left out the advantage of grandpa being able to drive while intoxicated. And cold beer in the fridge 24/7.
Working at the Utility the company had loads of photos as this, ‘Back In the Day’ no OSHA, adapt and improvise as needed to get it done. Never any notes as to the injured! These men were making the standards we have today.
Not going to argue that, but just driving a car correctly has become a challenge for most. Some of the worst drivers I see out there pulling stuff are definitely penske trucks, RVs and horse trailers. The RV loophole should be closed IMO, how does the non commercial use of a vehicle make it not eligible for CDL licensing??
Or what can happen near the bottom of a long steep hill while in overdrive........Is bad enough the average RSH owner does not understand the electric brake system
