It is legitimate, Joe.
I have been aware of that website for some time now.
I rarely ever look at it.
They just have a few manuals in each mfr's category.
Someone may get lucky and find one they can use.

I looked up the domain and it is in Odesa in the Ukraine.
He does have a lot of manuals.
Very generous of him.
